Service Description
Offering online consultations is the new normal! A virtual consultation is essentially a consultation we offer without meeting in person. It’s a form of e-design that is convenient for both the designer and the client. What is the Process for A Virtual Consultation? We have a simple process. 1. You/ the Client buys the service & book the appointment - Deposit of $25 is needed to book the time 2. We request you, the client to upload images of the space with measurements 3. Client will fill out questionnaire and sign agreement 4. You will have one on one time with a designer via online messaging, SMS by phone call 5. We will send you a sketch and a write up of recommendations with a product list/ link to move forward with ordering the items we recommended. -Final payment is needed at this time
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, at least 24 hours in advance. Scheduling changes can be made by on the site or calling the numbers below
